Really excellent, enjoyable, engaging and consistent

I’ve read the Mindset book lots of times – it is really good. There is something about the videos and commitment of following an online course which is excellent. Absolutely excellent course, the simple requirement for daily breathing and visualisation exercises with short, entertaining and informative video. The lessons are so insightful – shared with my family especially the monkey videos.
Helpful in so many aspects of my life – work, home, sport and personal development.
I’ve signed up to the Experience already.
