Individual guidance from Jackie and team
On this day we show you how to bring your focus to an Olympic level through kindness and joyfulness. To achieve this we use practical exercises and visualisation techniques. Each participant receives personal attention on choosing her/his inner goal. The Klooster van Dalfsen and the beautiful surrounding nature provide the perfect conditions to create together.
High concentration demands perfect mental preparation. Before starting this day, we ask everyone to complete Lesson Section 1 and Practice Preparation section of the online Discover course (1h30 hours). Also it’s important to have reflected on what you believe could be the right choice for your inner goal.
After the day is completed, everyone continues with the online Discover course for the next 6 weeks. You will focus daily on your inner goal and will notice a significant difference in your life, provided you practice daily. Click here for reviews.

Conditions of participation
- Prior to the start of the day, you have completed Lesson Section 1 and the Practice Preparation section (1h30 hours)
- You have made a start on formulating your inner goal
- Immediately after the trainings day, commit to practicing daily for 15 minutes for 6 weeks using the online Discover course
- You agree to the code of conduct and cancellation policy
