This policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services.

 

Information Collection And Use

We take your privacy seriously. Our main goal in collecting personal information is to provide you the best content and service on our platform and to improve our Service to you. The data we collect is the minimum required data to enable access to our platform and to enhance the overall user experience.

While using our Site, we ask you to provide a username and email address to create a personal user account. The password you choose is encrypted. We do not have access to your password. You can at any time generate a new password.

For the purpose of optimizing our platform and courses, we collect information in our learner management system. This tracks your progress our courses. This information helps us to improve our content.

When you register for any of the courses, you agree to receive emails. These emails explain how to navigate the courses.  You will also receive an email 7 days before the course terminates and a closure email. The emails stop automatically at the end of the course.

The Discover Course closes after a period of 8-weeks, the Experience course after 13-weeks and the Observe course after 24-weeks.

When you register for our courses, we will use your address to send you our newsletter to inform you about promotions, events and other news related to Friendly Eyes. We use Mailcamp as our CRM and marketing tool. Please read Mailcamp’s Privacy Policy. You can at any time opt out of the newsletter by clicking “Unsubscribe” in the footer of the newsletter.

When you contact us via email or our contact form on our site, the personal information that is provided by you is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may store received emails insofar this is necessary for providing and optimizing our services and products.

We do not share, sell, trade, or rent your personal data to other parties. We may disclose personal data to law enforcement insofar as it is required by law or is strictly necessary for the prevention, detection or prosecution of criminal acts and fraud.

Unless you wish to terminate your account, your user account and related data will remain stored in our database.

 

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”). We use this information to optimize the user experience.

Friendly Eyes is not liable for this. Friendly Eyes did not grant permission to Google to use the data generated by Google Analytics on our Site for Google products or services.

We use Mollie as a payment service provider. In order to handle your financial transactions, Mollie processes your personal data. Please read Mollie’s privacy policy.

We also use PayPal as a payment service provider. In order to handle your financial transactions, PayPal processes your personal data. Please read PayPal’s privacy policy.
