Cancellation Policy

We charge this fee upon cancellation:

• More than 6 months before the effective date:
• 15% of the agreed price
• within 4 and 6 months before the effective date: 35 % of the agreed price
• within 2 and 4 months before the effective date: 65 % of the agreed price
• within 2 months before the effective date: 80% of the agreed price
• within 7 days before effective date: 100 % of the agreed price

Code of conduct

At Friendly Eyes, we assume that you participate to make the most of your inner world from a friendly attitude toward yourself and those around you. We expect our participants and guides to each behave in accordance with that basic non-judgmental attitude to make the day as open, enjoyable and effective as possible for everyone. All participants are expected to keep to the guidelines asked of them in the advanced correspondence. Meaning doing the necessary preparation and/or respecting Noble silence when asked for during training days. 

Punctuality

Friendly Eyes offers high-quality, professional guidance. To accomplish this, it is imperative that all participants arrive on time and are present until the very end of the day.
