Course set-up
- You have 13 weeks to complete the 12 week course
- Preparation films ensure that you get the most out of your journey
- There are 5 meditation techniques and levels
- Daily guided meditation practice for 12 weeks
- After completing practice an indepth guidance film appears
- The next day will open after completion of one day
- The lessons must be done in consecutive order
- Access is granted to the next week after completion of the previous week
- When practice day one is completed, the 12 week countdown starts
- Twice weekly personal reflection on Story and Action Thinking
- Time investment between 10 – 20 minutes daily
- Week 1 – 2: 10 min | week 3 – 8: 15 min | week 9 – 12: 20 min
- Last day of 12 week practice: 45 minutes
- The course shuts down after 13 weeks
- There are 250+ guidance videos
